Mixpanel Not Connected

Connect Mixpanel to view embedded analytics dashboards, user behavior insights, and conversion funnels.

Setup Instructions:

  1. Create a Mixpanel project at mixpanel.com
  2. Copy your Project ID from Project Settings
  3. Add to environment: NEXT_PUBLIC_MIXPANEL_PROJECT_ID=your-project-id
  4. Mixpanel token is stored in Secret Manager: hyperfocus-mixpanel-token
  5. Restart the application
